The Douglas County Genealogiy Club is a group of people from a variety of backgrounds that share a common interest in genealogy.
We hold monthly meetings, most at the Superior Public Library, on the first Tuesday of every month. (Occasionally the day changes due to holiday conflicts.)
Our meetings normally consist of a business meeting followed by a genealogy based program. We sometimes bring in outside speakers. Our members often lead presentations and some times we have group activities or field trips.
Meetings are free to attend and we hope that if you enjoy the club that you consider becoming a member.
Dues are very affordable at only $10 per year, per person.
What you may get in return is priceless.
Meet at 6:00 p.m. @
Superior Public Library 1530 Tower Ave.
After our regular meeting we will have time to share your personal stories. Successes, road blocks, or how you put your tree together.
We have many long-time genealogists in the club.
We are very happy to share our knowledge with you.
And we are interested in your stories as well.
